About the event
This workshop marks the annual conception of Cornucopia, following the 'Embodied Energetic Year'. You're invited to ease your nervous systems out of shutdown at the end of winter dormancy and the transition into spring here at Cornucopia. The first in a series of 9 annual workshops, timed to align with seasonal energy, adjusted to account for the seasonal lag of our maritime environment. The energetic lag from the Winter solstice is actually realised in the third quarter of February. Finally, at this point we are no longer losing energy, although not yet making significant gains.
This is the beginning of the energetic year as moving forward become conceivable at least... there is a shift and it helps us transition from being in passive slumber to showing the first signs of setting intentions for the year. This time of year is perfect for exploring the energetic transition at the edge of…
