Creative workshop: 'Expansion'

This series of 9 workshops are timed to align with seasonal energy, adjusted to account for the seasonal lag of our maritime climate. OBREDIM: Design. In this time of the embodied energetic year we experience the lagged seasonal response from the sun's energy at the beginning of May. We're helping facilitate the shift in our bodies to playful expression, designing, experimenting with identity and releasing perfectionism.

This workshop will use the creative arts and apply the seasonally appropriate Anchor point from Looby MacNamara's Design Web of 'Action (plan)' for people to integrate themselves in the place and time and to explore, nurture and design shifts using a permaculture framework.

(Scaling, collaboration, care) With energy available for outward growth, this workshop focuses on expansion that is supported rather than extractive.
