Creative Workshop: 'Integration'

This series of 9 workshops are timed to align with seasonal energy, adjusted to account for the seasonal lag of our maritime climate. OBREDIM: Review. This time of the embodied energetic year allows for deep reflection and re-authoring. as we shift from the energy required for harvest to the slower energy of preservation and initial preparations for letting go.

This workshop will use the creative arts and apply the seasonally appropriate Anchor points from Looby MacNamara's Design Web of 'Appreciation' for people to integrate themselves in the place and time and to explore, nurture and design shifts using a permaculture framework.

Creative practices support synthesis — combining images, ideas, and experiences into coherent narratives or maps. Design work focuses on evaluation, sense-making, and aligning learning with values and future direction. Participants leave with clarity about what they are carrying forward and how the year’s work has reshaped their understanding.
