Creative workshop: 'Observation'

This series of 9 workshops are timed to align with seasonal energy, adjusted to account for the seasonal lag of our maritime climate. This time of the embodied energetic year allows us to work on settling our nervous systems, non -verbal expression and deep containment.

The workshop will use the creative arts and apply the seasonally appropriate Anchor points from Looby MacNamara's Design Web of 'Pause' for people to integrate themselves in the place and time and to explore, nurture and design shifts using a permaculture framework.

(Stillness, sensing, limits) Participants are supported to slow down and notice what is actually happening in their lives, bodies, and environments without trying to change it. With system energy at its lowest, intervention distorts information, so the focus here is on observation, listening, and recognising limits — what is currently available and what is not.
