Creative workshop: 'Release'

This series of 9 workshops are timed to align with seasonal energy, adjusted to account for the seasonal lag of our maritime climate. Obredim: Review. This time of the embodied energetic year helps us attune to downshifting our practises and honouring our efforts.

This workshop will use the creative arts and apply the seasonally appropriate Anchor points from Looby MacNamara's Design Web of 'Reflection' for people to integrate themselves in the place and time and to explore, nurture and design shifts using a permaculture framework.

Creative processes here support embodied release — through ritualised making, unmaking, or storytelling that allows completion to be felt rather than merely understood. Design work focuses on closing loops, dissolving commitments, and simplifying structures. Participants leave lighter, clearer, and ready for the stillness that follows.
