This workshop will use the creative arts and apply the seasonally appropriate Anchor points from Looby MacNamara's Design Web of 'Action' for people to integrate themselves in the place and time and to explore, nurture and design shifts using a permaculture framework.

(Evaluation, discernment, sufficiency) At peak vitality, complexity is high and clarity becomes possible. This workshop supports participants to step back, evaluate honestly, and recognise what is enough.
